Return Policy


At Got U Wired, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the following items within 10 days from the date of purchase.

  • Wireframes
  • Foam and Padded Wireframes (where applicable)
  • Foam and Boarded Wireframes (where applicable)

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at 1 (868) 322-0012 or to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item securely, including any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
  3. Ship the item with our preferred courier company to the address provided by our customer service.


Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service. You may be required to return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
